Join us on March 9 at NCCU School of Law for a Symposium on Black Women and Social Action.
Panels include: Misogynoir 101: What is it, how does it impact Black Women, #sayhername, Black Women and Law Enforcement Use of Force, and Black Women’s Political Power.

Our Keynote Lunch Speaker is Anita Earls, Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Other speakers include Kristi Jones, Governor Roy Cooper’s Chief of Staff, Monika Johnson-Hostler, ED of NC Coalition Against Sexual Assault, Stormie Forte, Raleigh City Council, Durham Police Chief Patrice Andrews, Professor Kami Chavis, William & Mary School of Law, and Angelicia Simmons, ED, The Fannie Lou Hamer Institute of Advocacy & Social Action
